Craig Paulek

Craig Paulek, 33, is married to Katie Pistorius and has been working with Pistorius Farms for more than seven years. Craig is a graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. in Ag Engineering Management. He is involved in the Christian County Young Farmers, Christian County Fair Board President, and serves as Township Clerk for Stonington Township. Craig and his wife Katie have three boys, Cole, Waylon and Levi.

Craig is also co-owner of CAP Farms, which raises premium Boer goats for breeders and exhibitors throughout Illinois. Craig and his family typically exhibit at five different fairs each year and work to improve their herd through genetics. He is a member of the Illinois Meat Goat Producers and American Boer Goat Association.

Craig knows the nuts and bolts of the operation -- quite literally. He is the mechanical expert of Pistorius Farms. His mechanical talents are invaluable when it comes to equipment, maintenance and repair. Craig's technical work ensures that all equipment is working efficiently and effectively.
